WHY I GET IT

I’ve lived the double life, hiding my addiction, wearing the masks, pretending I was fine while I was falling apart inside…

Seven years ago, I hit my own rock bottom. What I learned is this: recovery isn’t about willpower or just trying harder. It’s about finding a place where you can finally drop the act, be fully seen without judgment, heal at the root, and be guided back to the version of yourself you thought you’d lost for good.

Hi, I’m Chase, and I’m a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor (LCDC) and trauma-informed therapist who’s helped over 100 clients achieve years of sobriety.

Before becoming a therapist, I worked in a high-pressure, perfectionistic industry where mistakes weren’t an option. I know what it’s like when your worth is tied to performance,
and how dangerous that can be.

That’s why I made it my mission to help high-achieving men reclaim their self-worth and rebuild their lives, even when addiction threatens to destroy their careers, while preserving the respect they’ve worked so hard for.

My clients are men who carry their addiction and trauma in secret, the kind of pain that leaves you feeling broken, confused, empty, and far from your true self.

I want you to feel like your best self again, empowered and confident without the dark cloud, even if that means getting uncomfortable to break through.

How We’ll Work Together

In our sessions, I bring directness and compassion every single time. My goal is simple: you never have to feel the way I once did: broken, confused, empty, fearful, and far from my true self. Instead, living with peace, confidence, and aligned with the version of you you thought was lost.

I tailor the process to you based on the modalities listed here.

I also have personal and professional experience with both 12-Step and alternative recovery paths.  We’ll find what fits best for you.

  • IFS means you have different “parts” inside you, like little helpers with different feelings. When they all work together, you feel calm and whole.

  • ACT helps you notice your feelings instead of fighting them. It teaches you to do what matters most, even when things feel hard.

  • CBT helps you notice your thoughts and how they affect your feelings and actions. When you change your thoughts, you can feel and do better.

  • DBT helps you handle big feelings and stay calm when things are hard. It teaches you skills to think, feel, and act in balanced ways.

  • CRM helps you feel safe inside your body while you work through hard feelings. It teaches you to use your breath and imagination to find calm and strength.

“Before working with Chase I was in a very dark place fighting some deep rooted trauma from my childhood that I had kept to myself for too long. Through his guidance I’ve learned to love and appreciate myself, finding closure on many parts of my trauma. I’ve seen many professionals, but Chase is truly a gifted individual that I’m lucky to continue working with weekly.”

“Chase made me feel safe and created a wonderful space for me to get vulnerable. His ability to relate and empathize with a lifetime of trauma allowed me to open up in a way I never had before. After just a few sessions, something inside me began to shift—I started to realize that I was worthy of healing and that I was enough.”
